This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you engage with our initiative to secure a full property tax exemption for 100% P&T Veterans, TDIU Veterans, and their surviving spouses in Colorado.

  • Occupation and Employer Information: For donors, as required by Colorado campaign finance laws for contributions exceeding certain thresholds.

This includes data that does not directly identify you:

  • Aggregated Data: Information that has been combined or summarized in a way that it no longer identifies individual persons.

  • Public Disclosure (Campaign Finance): As mandated by Colorado campaign finance laws, certain donor information (name, address, occupation, employer for contributions above specific thresholds) will be publicly disclosed through reports filed with the Colorado Secretary of State. This information becomes publicly accessible.

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, data analysis, and voter outreach. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

  • Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
